FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

The Content Writer will support the development and execution of the overall content marketing strategy for 20Twenty Design and our clients, in addition to supporting our digital vision. The Content Writer will own the day-to-day management of their clients’ content process, support team initiatives, and the workflow associated with internal organizational and client success.

This person will help ensure that every piece of content published is aligned with its goal and reflects the organization’s commitment to quality through sound content marketing strategies. They should be familiar with SEO best practices, blog writing, email marketing, press releases, editing and proofreading. They should be able to assist others in understanding those same elements.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Able to quickly edit and publish clear, concise, and accurate content for print and digital formats.
  • Help cultivate team members through improved writing skills, particularly for SEO.
  • Use content management and other publishing tools (Google Docs, WordPress) for the production, organization, and aggregation of content.
  • Communicate and work effectively with cross-team.
  • Ensure voice consistency for 20Twenty Design and client content.

AREAS OF EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (Detail-oriented)
  • Digital advertising and search engine optimization
  • Demonstrated ability to create content for a range of audiences across multiple platforms
  • Understanding of Google Analytics tracking, optimization, and reporting tools
  • Experience with quantitative and qualitative research
  • Collaborative: likes to work with others to achieve success

The Graphic Designer will work with marketing and creative teams to produce assets for digital distribution and print. Their designs will accomplish established communication and business objectives while adhering to and leveraging unique brand positions. They will participate in and often lead the development of visual creative projects including concepts, designs, logos, icons, renderings, and illustrations for a wide variety of clientele. The right candidate must demonstrate a willingness to look beyond the obvious solution, work smart, take personal initiative, and on occasion, work beyond the job description to meet the dynamic needs of our fast-paced and changing business.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting Creative Director with on-brand creative solutions
  • Creating polished designs
  • Accurate file development and print preparation
  • Collaboration with colleagues in a team environment and client interaction
  • Manage multiple projects with time-sensitive deadlines
  • Providing our web team with solutions for responsive web pages and website graphics

AREAS OF EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Extensive knowledge of graphic design & branding
  • Proactive problem-solving
  • Strong creative computer skills
  • Strong typographic and color skills

EXTRA CONSIDERATION FOR:

  • Motion graphics and editing abilities
  • Photography and/or illustration
  • Knowledge of Adobe After Effects
  • Working knowledge of responsive HTML coding

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

The Sales and Marketing Manager will establish and strengthen key relationships with a focus on driving revenue, growing our client base, and client satisfaction. They will own the sales process from start to finish, but work as part of our Sales Team to meet the dynamic needs of our fast-paced and changing business.

The right candidate will come to the table with innovative ideas that capture the attention of prospects while taking personal initiative of sales opportunities. They will help prospecting businesses determine the appropriate mix of digital marketing services to maximize their online growth including website development, SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and video production.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all sales and customer account management matters
  • Achieve sales targets on a consistent basis
  • Actively seek out new customer relationships
  • Attend and participate in client meetings
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through face-to-face meetings
  • Collaborate with the Management team to identify and grow opportunities
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Facilitate detailed client status documents, call reports, and action items

AREAS OF EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 1 or more years in sales and/or marketing experience

  • Creating polished web designs
  • Design high-end, responsive website layouts and website elements
  • Design web user interfaces
  • Handle support ticket requests and all communications involved
  • Multi-task various projects and handle tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Update existing website design templates and facilitate design asset upkeep
  • Implement designs with high attention to detail
